Position OverviewWe are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide diagnostic evaluation, psychological treatment, and clinical oversight within our pediatric autism program. This role includes supervising psychology interns and contributing to the development of high-quality clinical services. This is a leadership-level clinical role with direct impact on diagnostic accuracy, treatment quality, and training of future clinicians.
Core ResponsibilitiesClinical Services
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and autism diagnostic evaluations
- Provide diagnostic clarification using standardized assessment tools and clinical interview
- Deliver individual and family therapy when clinically appropriate
- Provide crisis assessment and intervention as needed
- Develop clinical recommendations and treatment plans
Clinical Oversight and Supervision
- Provide supervision and training to psychology interns
- Review intern documentation and ensure clinical quality and compliance
- Support intern development in assessment, diagnostic formulation, and clinical care
Collaboration and Documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and medical providers to coordinate care
- Complete timely, compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA and payer requirements
- Provide caregiver consultation and psychoeducation
- Provide telehealth services as appropriate
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Active Clinical Psychologist license in the state of practice
- Experience conducting psychological and autism evaluations
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Experience supervising interns or trainees preferred
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and documentation skills
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
