Link Jobs works with large health care systems, small clinics and everything in between. We are currently partnering with a local home health agency to find the right candidate for the following position:

Full-time Nurse Supervisor for Home Health. The Nurse Supervisor will work in the office and conduct field visits in patients' homes. They will supervise nursing and home health aide personnel, as well as liaise between the nursing staff and other departments within the organization. In-home visits will include conducting an assessment in order to develop a plan of treatment and providing skilled nursing services to the homebound patients.

• This position is in the office and in the field
• Clinical supervision of the Home Health department
• Staff management of nurses and home health aides
• Coordination of patient care
• Adherence to QA/QI standards
• Maintains regulatory compliance with outside agencies including state licensure and CMS
• Conducts in-home field visits with patients

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Registered Nurse (RN) BSN with an unencumbered license
• Clinical background
• Experience in management and supervising others
• Ability to easily adapt to different electronic medical record systems (EMRs)
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area
• Home Health Experience is NOT Required
• Computer Savvy
