Join Our Team as a Service Now Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Service Now platforms that transform IT operations and drive seamless automation across complex business environments.

In this pivotal role, you will blend strategic platform architecture with hands-on technical expertise to advance our digital transformation initiatives. Your deep understanding of Service Now modules, coupled with practical experience in data modeling, system integrations, and enterprise-wide architecture, will be instrumental in elevating our IT service management (ITSM) and operational capabilities.

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of Service Now applications, emphasizing ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise data models within Service Now, ensuring accurate relationships among configuration items (CIs), business services, and infrastructure assets.
• Architect and implement integrations between Service Now and various systems including network operations, HR, finance, and asset management using APIs, Integration Hub, and data pipelines.
• Create and execute strategies for data mapping, normalization, and reconciliation to ensure CMDB accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with solution owners to establish data governance standards, lifecycle management practices, and schema design principles.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding scripting, workflow automation, and data architecture best practices.
• Partner with network, infrastructure, and cloud teams to facilitate secure and accurate data exchange with platforms such as Cisco DNA, AWS, Azure, VMware, and monitoring tools.
• Support data-driven automation projects leveraging AI Ops, Predictive Intelligence, and event correlation to optimize operations.
• Deliver comprehensive architecture documentation, including system diagrams, data dictionaries, and integration schemas.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity protocols, and relevant compliance frameworks (ISO/NIST).

• 8+ years of progressively responsible IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to designing Service Now enterprise architectures.
• Extensive hands-on experience with data modeling and configuration item (CI) relationship mapping within Service Now CMDB.
• Proven success in architecting and integrating Service Now with other enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Azure AD, Splunk, Solar Winds, or OSS/BSS platforms.
• Proficiency in Service Now scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API integration techniques (REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management data flows.
• Validated certifications:
  Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Certifications such as CTA or CMA are preferred.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

• Familiarity with telecom systems data models, network inventory management, and asset lifecycle integration.
• Experience with data federation and synchronization across multiple Service Now instances.
• Understanding of telecom IT ecosystems and data quality management tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 frameworks, data governance, and automation design principles.
