IT Product Manager
Duration: 6+ month contract with possible extensions
Rate: $50-$55 hourly W2
Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 3 days a week onsite
Our industry-leading client is looking for Product Manager that will be responsible for delivering quality products across the digital experience. This person will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams to build a holistic roadmap that meets both short- and long-term business needs, working at both strategic and tactical levels to drive innovation and solve problems. Additionally responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle in an agile environment, while conducting business reviews, presenting across the organization, and supporting cross-functional product teams.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management, identifying opportunities well ahead of obsolescence and ensuring products remain best‑in‑class.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration (Engineering, UX, stakeholders, leadership) to define requirements, create and prioritize user stories, remove impediments, and guide junior team members.
- Use data, customer insights, competitive research, and experimentation to craft test plans, validate hypotheses, inform prioritization, and continually refine the product backlog.
- Measure and report on product performance, forecast ROI, drive adoption, and optimize digital products and channels based on analytics and customer feedback.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, specifications, and value across the organization; serve as final authority on business requirements and pre‑production acceptance testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) and 3–6 years of Product Management experience in a modern software development environment.
- Proven ability to pivot quickly, adapt to fast‑moving markets, and manage multiple projects with strong program management and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting concepts, research, and outcomes to clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in product discovery, documentation, design, analytics, and the use of requirements methodologies, prototyping, or simulation.
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled at using research and analysis to drive effective strategic decisions.
- Local to Atlanta and ability to work Hybrid Schedule
- Experience with AEM 6.5 Touch UI strongly preferred
