Position: Sr. IT Administrator with SAP B1 & SQL Experience

Sr. IT Administrator with SAP B1 & SQL Experience Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities SAP B1 Administration

  • Troubleshoot and support SAP B1 modules: financials, manufacturing, and sales.
  • Manage open sales/purchase orders and resolve process issues in production and warehouse workflows.
  • Collaborate with Finance to address costing issues and support timely order completion.
  • Perform change management and unit testing for SAP B1 upgrades and add-ins.
  • Implement system improvements to maximize accuracy and process efficiency
SQL and Crystal Reports Maintenance and Development
  • Create, edit, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server queries and reports.
  • Develop and maintain custom SQL logic to enhance SAP B1 functionality.
  • Perform database maintenance, backups, and performance tuning.
  • Design and support automation scripts and applications using Python.
E-commerce and CRM Platform Support
  • Support integration between SAP B1 and Shopify, ensuring data synchronization and e-commerce functionality.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to manage workflows and reporting in Hub Spot.
  • Enhance digital customer engagement and sales analytics through platform configurations.
IT Support and Infrastructure
  • Set up and deploy workstations for new and existing employees.
  • Administer Office 365, managing user accounts, permissions, and email services.
  • Provide technical support in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure IT systems and devices are operational across the organization.
  • Offer after-hours and weekend support for critical manufacturing operations.
Networking and Security
  • Manage and maintain local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure.
  • Support wireless network environments, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Meraki and CheckPoint routers/firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated network issues.
Project Management
  • Lead IT projects, including system implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals.
  • Track and communicate project progress and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Finance.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Crystal Reports and SQL development and reporting.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in SAP B1 9.3 and v10 administration/support (preferred).
  • Experience working with Shopify and Hub Spot (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, wireless systems, and Meraki or CheckPoint routers.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
  • Experienced in Office 365 administration.
  • Familiar with SAP B1 business processes, especially in manufacturing and costing.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, routing, firewalls, and wireless configurations.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
