Product Manager

Overview

A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on a Product Manager
. The position is 100% remote
. The contract’s duration is 6 months with possible extension. W2 only.

• Backlog Management:
  Develop, order, and maintain the product backlog to ensure visibility and clarity.
• Vision & Strategy:
  Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with business strategy.
• Stakeholder
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Serve as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team to gather feedback and requirements.
• Sprint Planning & Execution:
  Lead sprint planning, define user stories, and accept completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Performance Tracking:
  Monitor key performance metrics and market trends to measure success.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile/Scrum role.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and user story creation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize work based on ROI and business value.
• Technical understanding of software development processes.
• Preferred certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.

• Tableau experience
• AWS and cloud compute experience
• Agile/Scrum experience
