Rate: $40-$65 hourly W2 DOE
Location: Sandy Springs, GA, 2-3 days a week, onsite
Our industry-leading client is seeking a highly capable Software Vendor & Contract Management Consultant to support end-to-end vendor operations, with a primary focus on software procurement and software renewals. This role combines tactical procurement execution with strategic contract lifecycle management and system transition support. The ideal candidate is both a critical thinker and a hands-on executor, someone comfortable processing Purchase Requisition s while simultaneously helping modernize vendor and contract management processes.

Responsibilities- Manage contracts from intake and drafting support through execution, renewal, and termination
- Track renewal timelines for software licenses and subscriptions
- Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Maintain contract repository accuracy and documentation integrity
- Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline contract workflows
- Develop recommendations for scalable, future-state vendor management practices
- Create and manage Purchase Requisition s (initially in Oracle, transitioning to D365)
- Support purchasing activities primarily focused on software licenses, SaaS agreements, and renewals
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance
- Coordinate approvals and funding validation with Finance
- Proactively engage internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Support procurement workflow migration from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Assist in data cleanup and validation during system transition
- Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements
- Ensure vendor and contract data integrity across systems
- Analyze current-state vendor and contract processes
- Balance tactical execution with strategic process improvement
- Strong experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, and Contract Management
- Direct experience managing end-to-end contract lifecycle processes
- Hands-on experience with Purchase Requisition s in Oracle
- Experience or exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Experience managing software procurement and renewal cycles
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities
- Comfortable reaching out cross-functionally to drive action and clarity
- Local to Atlanta and ability to work Hybrid Schedule 3 days a week onsite
