Responsibilities
- Translate Requirements: Collaborate daily with the Product Team Lead and Product Managers to understand business and product needs, transforming them into clear, intuitive, and aesthetic UI/UX solutions.
- End-to-End Design: Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity designs, user flows, and interactive components for new features.
- Maintain the Design System: Work within our existing Figma design libraries, utilizing established components, variants while ensuring complete product and visual consistency.
- Developer Handoff: Prepare detailed, development-ready assets in Figma, including edge cases (empty states, error states), different user permissions, behaviors, and comprehensive design notes.
- Iterative
Collaboration:
Participate in product meetings, rapid design reviews, and feedback sessions with both product and R&D teams.
- Professional
Experience:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer working on complex SaaS / Web Applications
. - Figma Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expert-level usage of components, variants, auto-layout, and managing/utilizing existing design libraries.
- B2B Product Understanding: Strong grasp of UX flows, information hierarchy, usability principles, and standard UI patterns specifically for B2B/Enterprise software.
- Agile & Independent: Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to an existing product context, and manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication
Skills:
Ability to clearly articulate and present design rationale and constructively process feedback.
- Experience designing for Cybersecurity / Security / B2B SaaS platforms.
- Experience dealing with complex data visualization, including dashboards, heavy tables, multi-layered filters, side panels, permissions, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience working with existing design systems rather than just building from scratch.
- Contract Duration: Temporary, approximately 3 months.
- Reporting To: Product Team Lead.
- Availability: Full-time availability for ongoing tasks and alignment with product meeting schedules.
