Project Manager – Middle

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle Project Manager
.

You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform.

You’ll lead cross‑functional projects that shape the future of our platform and products. You’ll drive clarity, alignment, and execution across legal, tech, and business teams. Your work will ensure timely, well‑documented delivery from project kick‑off to closure across multiple parallel initiatives.

• Regularly communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Developing communication plans to keep all parties informed of project progress
• Addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress
• Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Developing a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Identifying stakeholders and establishing communication channels, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements
• Conducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies
• Working with projects in collaboration with legal, tech teams, etc.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports
• Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organized
• Via monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan
• Managing all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and time frames
• Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
• Documenting the project’s success and areas for improvement for future reference
• Conducting kick‑off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products
• Working on 4 projects simultaneously
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

• 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company
• Advanced English and Russian level (C1)
• Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery
• Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills Professional Project Management/Agile certifications

• Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams
• Programming skills and knowledge of development environments
• Experience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plus
