Technical Delivery Lead

Stellar Mettle is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to take ownership of a core application suite. This role combines technical leadership, operational ownership, and strategic business partnership. It’s a strong fit for someone who has led delivery teams, managed large-scale consumer-facing applications, and excels at solving complex problems in data-driven environments.

• Lead production incident triage, stakeholder coordination, escalation management, and resolution.
• Analyze platform data and system behavior to identify operational issues and drive process, system, and architectural improvements.
• Support third-party financial services integrations across underwriting, origination, and servicing platforms.
• Oversee delivery and ongoing support of high-availability consumer-facing applications.
• Manage complex, large-scale platforms with critical data integrations.
• Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, operational metrics, incident management, and delivery execution.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate business processes, shape solutions, and improve platform performance.

• 3+ years in technical leadership across development, support, and multi-application environments.
• 5+ years in a technical operations-focused role with direct production ownership.
• Experience supporting large-scale, high-traffic consumer platforms with complex data integrations.
• Strong data analysis skills using SQL, Excel, Python, or similar tools.
• Ability to quickly assess existing technology, identify root causes, engage the right teams, and move issues to resolution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes.
