The NSE will work closely with the development, test, and commercial teams supporting high demand, cloud-based software components. Candidates will work in a small team and be the internal expert and require in-depth troubleshooting and problem solving where you will have to roll your sleeves up and dig in.

This is a high impact, fast-moving organization that delivers enterprise solutions to increase engagement and effectiveness. The selected individual will work with various groups to define requirements, understand the application, and provide implementation and maintenance guidelines to effectively implement collaboration applications to the enterprise.

• At least 5-6 years of total experience with Linux, Windows, development and networking background with at least 2-3 years on public cloud
• Support on-premise virtualized servers and networks and implementing security solutions based on industry best-practices and regulatory compliance standards
• Setup early implementation in development environments, and build new release candidates
• Experience with developing, building, and operating sophisticated and highly automated Cloud infrastructure (Azure, Docker & VMware) a must.
• Understanding of security concepts including Authorization, authentication, Encryption techniques, Mod Security Rules
• Administration experience with MySQL/MS SQL Server & OpenVPN, Bind9 DNS
• Designing and implementing VPN solutions to securely connect cloud and on-premises networks and configuring and managing VPN appliances, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues across hybrid environments.
• Managing VPN server infrastructure, including configuration and maintenance.
• Understand, implement, and automate security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation
• Deploy, configure, and maintain file storage and backup systems utilizing Windows Server, Azure Files, Azure virtual machines, SharePoint, One Drive, Synology Rack Station, and C2 cloud storage
• Provide end-user and endpoint support in an environment that uses Windows and MacOS.
• Onboard and offboard both internal and contract employees
• Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
• Provide hardware support for Lenovo, Mac computers, and HP Pro Liant servers
• Manage Identity and Access Management using Entra  endpoint RBAC with Auto Elevate
• Proactively plan and deploy necessary system upgrades and refreshes
• Harden all systems, providing a high level of security coupled with ease of use
• Collaborate with the senior management team, and other departments to provide technical solutions to regulatory requirements, workflow issues, and new organizational initiatives
• Experience delivering applications on the public cloud compliant with industry security standards (HIPPA, PCI DSS, CCPA, and GDPR).
• Look for opportunities to streamline and improve processes and optimize costs on Azure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity and/or combination or other technical disciplines, or equivalent experience
• CompTIA A+, Network+ and/or Security+ Certification
• Microsoft 365 and/or Azure Certification and VMware Certification
• Amazon AWS or Google Cloud Platform certifications
