Technical Customer Service Representative - OSC; First Shift

Role Overview

The Technical Customer Service Representative will manage the phone queue, project a professional company image, and troubleshoot technical requests. The role requires shift work and the ability to work independently and as a team player.

Answer phones, provide tier 1 technical support, respond to internal Helpdesk support tickets, and conduct basic troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Helpdesk experience, an Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, and strong customer care and customer satisfaction capabilities.

• 1-2 years of Helpdesk, Application Support, Service Desk experience
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other related field
• One or more years of IT experience in a customer-focused role
• Experienced with or willing to learn required software applications
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of a broad array of systems and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, Domain Name Services (DNS), Firewall technologies
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
