Location: This role requires associates to be in‑office 3 days per week while also allowing flexibility for virtual work. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a reasonable commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless a statutory accommodation is granted.
Digital Solutions Director – This position leads the growth and development of digital experience and strategy across markets. The director evaluates digital concepts, opportunities and vendors, and partners with business stakeholders to deploy solutions that create value and align with the organization’s ecosystem.
How You Will Make An Impact- Develop strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support the digital strategy.
- Research and evaluate new digital market concepts/solutions to determine fit within the existing portfolio.
- Create strategic roadmaps, competitive benchmark assessments, and identify or evaluate potential solutions that enhance market offers.
- Collaborate with business partners to create business cases and ensure deployment of solutions that engage target populations and address market needs.
- Partner with leaders and associates in the broader enterprise digital solutions organization to align priorities and strategies.
- Gather and assess market requirements through competitive intelligence, emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback.
• BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in solution strategy, digital product management, and development of digital software products; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences- Executive-level presence with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint development skills.
- Familiarity with AI assistant tools such as ChatGPT, Spark, Copilot, and Google Gemini.
- Consulting experience or strong consulting skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry in a direct‑to‑consumer capacity.
- MBA or equivalent.
Salary Range: $147,200 – $220,800 (Washington, DC). Compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
