WMS (Deposco) UAT ​/ Business Analyst

Position: WMS (Deposco) UAT Analyst / Business Analyst

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

We are looking for a Business Analyst / UAT Analyst to support the migration of multiple warehouse customers into the Deposco platform. This role will combine warehouse operations knowledge with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience and you would need to be comfortable validating order processing, inventory movement, RF workflows, and EDI transactions. This role will work closely with warehouse users, business stakeholders, and internal integration teams to ensure successful customer migrations.

Some of your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for warehouse implementations
• Validate EDI order flows (You should know EDI transactions like
• Test inbound and outbound warehouse processes
• Validate inventory transactions
• Test receiving, picking, packing and shipping workflows
• Work with RF scanners during testing
• Analyze business requirements
• Document defects and testing results
• Verify system enhancements and configuration changes
• Review customer business requirements
• Validate warehouse workflows
• Assist with onboarding new warehouse customers
• Support migration from legacy WMS platforms
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Export and analyze operational data using Excel
• Communicate testing results with business and IT teams

• 3+ years of Business Analysis and/or UAT experience
• Experience testing Warehouse Management Systems (namely Deposco)
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations
• Experience with:
• Order Processing
• Receiving
• Picking
• Shipping
• Knowledge of EDI transactions
• Ability to understand warehouse business processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
