Job Purpose
Our IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. They will also analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Responsibilities- Execute testing based on written test cases and report results as appropriate for the assignment to Developer, Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Understand proposed software and business process changes and compose technical test cases.
- Act as a QA resource performing software testing related to the delivery of information technology solutions to the business.
- Interact with internal customers to create relationships that deliver value.
- Participate, collaborate and communicate during all project or planning meetings.
- Ensure customer requirements are met and that testing assignments are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, and feasibility studies to evaluate the potential benefits, risks, and constraints of proposed IT solutions and changes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on business and technical matters.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.
- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, status reports, and presentations to communicate updates, findings, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.
- 3‑5 years of related job experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
- Bachelor's Degree
