Goodwill Southeast Georgia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline helpdesk support for staff across multiple departments in Savannah, GA. This full-time role focuses on resolving hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring PCI-compliant POS system operations.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (or equivalent) and 2+ years in help desk or IT support. A+ or MCP is preferred; travel to remote sites (~40%) is expected.
