Jackson James are supporting a leading retail organisation that is looking for a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst to join their team following a recent go-live.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with an established D365 F&O environment, partnering closely with Finance teams and helping an organisation get the most out of the platform.
The Role:- Work closely with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points
- Analyse and improve existing D365 F&O Finance processes and functionality
- Identify opportunities to optimise the system and improve user adoption
- Support ongoing enhancements, configuration and process improvements
- Act as the bridge between the Finance function and technical/D365 teams
- Troubleshoot issues and help drive continuous improvement across the platform
- Strong experience as a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Solid understanding of core Finance processes within D365 F&O
- Experience working with a business post-go-live
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills
- Retail experience is highly desirable
- Ability to translate business needs into practical D365 F&O solutions
