We are seeking a Mid-Senior QA Analyst to test and support business applications. This is a manual QA role that will give you the opportunity to learn automation, as well. Automation testing experience is not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases and test assets
- Perform functional and regression testing of web-based applications
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Work with development and support teams to reproduce and resolve issues
- Write SQL queries to validate and extract data from relational databases
- Perform web service/API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and testing assets
- 5+ years of manual web application testing experience
- Strong experience developing and maintaining test cases
- Experience with web service/API testing
- Experience with Postman or SoapUI
- Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively
