Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
  • Represent clients in all stages of litigation.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics at all times.
    • Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Experience as an attorney, with a focus on legal research, legal writing, litigation, and litigation.
  • Membership in good standing with the Georgia (GA) state bar.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment.
