Job Details- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active bar license in Georgia
- 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, ideally representing developers, investors, lenders, or operators.
- Strong familiarity with purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing, title and survey review, financing documents, due diligence, and development agreements.
- Ability to independently manage transactions from initial negotiation through closing.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and coordinating with brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders in complex deals.
- Strong drafting skills, detail orientation, and the ability to provide clear, business‑minded guidance.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and technology‑enabled environment.
- Portable book of business is a plus but not required.
