Family Law Attorney

Position Overview

Seeking a family law attorney experienced in litigation for our small but mighty team of hard working, dedicated family law professionals. This is a fulltime, on site position in our newly renovated, clean, well equipped offices in downtown Marietta, within walking distance of the courthouse.

Must be comfortable in court, depositions and mediations and able to communicate confidently and professionally with Judges, court personnel, other attorneys and clients. Must be a good fit with our firm culture. This means you must be organized and detail oriented, highly motivated, able to work independently and efficiently without "hand holding" and be accountable to clients and supervising attorney with regular updates and status reports.

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia with no prior disciplinary history.
• Three to fifteen years of experience in family law matters, including divorce, custody, modification, TPO, support, legitimation and adoption cases.
• Must have the requisite litigation experience.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our office in Marietta, Georgia.
