This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Sandy Springs, GA. The day-to-day responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and engaging in routine maintenance and repair tasks. The Maintenance Technician will ensure the effective operation and safety of all industrial maintenance activities within the property.

• Knowledge and experience in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair
• Excellent problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in residential or commercial property maintenance is a plus
• Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or a related field
• Certifications required
