AES is seeking a Transmission Strategy Senior Manager for the ERCOT region to lead transmission planning and nodal production cost modeling. You will set a market-wide strategy, coordinate with Development, Commercial, and Execution teams, and drive projects from feasibility to interconnection.
Ideal candidates have deep experience with multiple RTOs, power flow analysis, and knowledge of market operations. Some travel (up to 10%) is expected as part of the role.
