• Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Gordon, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Achieve a production volume of 1.2 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of plant operations and safety regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

• Background in aggregates or building materials
• Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
• Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
• Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.

• Exposure to outdoor elements and varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

• $85,000-$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
