Digital Account Manager

We are seeking a passionate and tenacious marketer to serve as a Digital Account Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the account team in executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, educating them on strategic approach and advocating for their success.
  • Serve as a strong problem‑solver focused on results and quality control.
  • Collaborate as a team player to deliver digital expertise and develop skills.
  • Drive performance of campaigns through paid advertising, branding, email, social media, SEO and landing page optimisation.
  • Manage multiple client accounts across industries, understanding business objectives, setting, and achieving KPI targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of agency experience in a client‑facing role.
  • Marketing degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven performance managing lead generation funnels and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing best practices, landing page optimisation, email marketing, social media and digital ads.
  • Advanced understanding of performance metrics including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing KPIs and social media analytics.
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service skills with the ability to set boundaries.
  • Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication.
  • Highly dependable, organised individual with passion for digital marketing and teamwork.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to hold self and others accountable.

Benefits

This full‑time, salaried position is based in any KWSM office in California or Georgia. The role follows a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off and a hybrid model (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote).

Job Location

Position is located in any KWSM office in California or Georgia (Orange County, San Diego, Atlanta).
