Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for a passionate and tenacious marketer to join our growing team as a Social Media Content Creator.

Are you a confident self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love systems and processes and possess the ability to work independently? Can you juggle multiple priorities and not miss any details?

This role requires a strong designer, writer, and storyteller who can capture a client’s voice and visual identity and understand how the content fits into a larger marketing plan.

• The strategic architect and executor of comprehensive social media strategies
• A proactive creator, able to adhere to client style and brand identity guidelines
• A strong problem solver, focused on results and quality control
• A team player who leads through knowledge and consistent skills development
• Able to meet internal and client deadlines without fail

• Marketing, graphic design, or journalism degree, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of two years of experience, preferably within an agency
• Strong visual aesthetic and proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and major social media channels
• Experience with design and content strategy aligned to marketing plans

KWSM operates on a 9/80 work schedule, giving every other Friday off.

The role is a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Full-time, in-office position located in any KWSM office (CA, GA).
