Grant-Mill Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner for a temp-to-perm opportunity with an established pain clinic in Sandy Springs. We are partnering with this practice to support high-quality chronic and interventional pain management care in a specialized, patient-centered environment.

This role is ideal for a clinical professional who is comfortable performing comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, reviewing diagnostics and labs, managing medications, maintaining compliant EMR documentation, and supporting patients with chronic pain needs. The schedule offers a balanced and predictable workweek, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role if the fit is strong on both sides.

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments, examinations, and patient histories specific to pain management.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for chronic pain patients, which may include managing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with Georgia state regulations and evidence-based pain management guidelines.
• Educate patients regarding pain mitigation strategies, functional improvement, and ongoing treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records (EMR), including regular checks of the Georgia Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) as required by state law.
