Hours:

Full Time Nights, 36 Hours per week (3/12s).

Sign on Bonus: $20,000.

• Provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
• Act as the frontline representative of the patient care team and intermediary between the patient, family, providers, and other care team members.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives; deliver care plans and take appropriate actions to promote patients' short/long‑term outcomes and wellbeing.
• Communicate patient care plans with other staff, as appropriate.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, care delivered, education provided, and any incidents or exceptions related to standards of care or hospital policy compliance.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families on health‑related issues.
• Embrace patient‑ and family‑centered care to maintain satisfaction of patients, families, staff, and physicians.
• Contribute ideas to identify solutions and support change implementation for quality and financial performance.
• Self‑identify and self‑manage training and development opportunities.
• Foster growth and development of other nurses through mentorship and promote nursing profession and recruitment.
• Comply with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

• Associate Nursing or Diploma (Nurse)
• Bachelor's Nursing – Preferred
• RN – Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN‑COMPACT – RN (Multi‑state Compact)
