Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / NP / Facility Based Crisis / Part Time Type:

We are hiring for a positive and personable individual to manage psychotropic medications for clients of RHA Health Services. The Facility Based Crisis (FBC) Center is a 24/7/365 community‑based facility that serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, psychological, detox, or other acute crisis stabilization needs.
Location:
On‑Site
Shift: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Part‑Time: 8-20 hours per week
- Psychiatric Evaluations
- Medications Management for adults
- Participate in regulated supervision
- Consult with staff
- Certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Experience working with the supported population
- Limited supervision and direction with reliance on experience and judgment
- Must be licensed Psychiatric Nurse
- National certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Practitioner
- Familiarity with standards of practice and regulations for the position
- Preferred 3 years of experience in behavioral health care
- Valid driver’s license (condition of employment) with personal vehicle insurance coverage
- Criminal background check with name checks in OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
- Drug testing
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements
- Proof of employment history or references if required
- Positions that require driving must provide proof of driver’s license, driver’s insurance, and vehicle (if required for transportation)
