Primecare Home Care Services, Inc. seeks an LPN/RN Supervisor for in-home supervisory visits across assigned service areas in Georgia. This PRN/As Needed role emphasizes independent work with regulatory compliance, safety, and quality of care.
The LPN or RN must be licensed in Georgia with a current BLS, a valid driver’s license, and TB screening. Home health experience is preferred, and compensation is on a per-visit basis with weekly payments.
