This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm, providing preventive and rehabilitative nursing care and following the plan of care in patients' homes.
You will administer medications, coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, respond to after-hours calls, and ensure high-quality patient care with adherence to regulations.
