A well‑established commercial real estate organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations for a large property or portfolio. This role blends operational leadership, financial oversight, tenant relations, and capital project management within a collaborative team environment.

- Lead overall property operations including tenant relations, building performance, and vendor management.
- Oversee budgets, reforecasts, variance reporting, and support monthly close activities with accounting teams.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable processes, lease compliance, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate capital projects, tenant improvements, preventative maintenance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Partner with leasing and asset management teams on market insights, renewals, and tenant experience.
- Supervise on‑site staff and foster a strong service‑focused culture.
- 7+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel skills; MRI or similar real estate systems preferred.
- Experience with tenant work order systems (Angus or similar) a plus.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to be onsite and conduct property inspections as needed.
