Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot focuses on non-sales functions to support a smooth customer experience, including order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and administrative tasks. • Provide outstanding customer order fulfillment and assist customers with product questions and status.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise as needed and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as required.
• Collaborate with associates, vendors, and carriers to support store operations.
• Operate with little or some supervision and maintain attention to detail and time management.
• Support potential positions including Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
