Assistant Store Manager - Northside

Piedmont Lube Centers dba Jiffy Lube is hiring an Assistant Manager to join our team!

We are looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations and support the Store Manager. You’ll play a key role in delivering a great experience to every customer while mentoring team members and ensuring smooth, efficient service.

• Greet customers professionally and ensure a positive experience
• Oversee oil changes and basic maintenance services
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify any service needs
• Check tire pressure, fluid levels, belts, hoses, and wipers
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Place inventory orders and manage stock levels
• Open and close the store as needed
• Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Motivate and guide team members to meet performance goals

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with a team-first mindset
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Prior automotive experience is helpful
• Reliable and eager to learn and grow
• Comfortable working in shop environments and outdoor conditions
• Weekend availability required
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts
• Lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Work in a shop environment with tools and equipment
