CVS Health is building a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
The program includes mentorship from your District Leader, HR Business Partner, a Store Manager coach, and a Training Store Manager, plus hands-on store exposure to merchandising, inventory management and customer care.
