Prospect and develop relationships with companies with 50+ employees within your assigned territory
Engage directly with decision‑makers and C‑level executives
Maintain a consistent pipeline by advancing in‑person meetings with qualified prospects
Close new accounts and collect all necessary implementation documentation
Support new clients through the go‑live process
Maintain expert knowledge of the company's HR software platform through ongoing training
Travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel
Contribute to additional projects as needed
Bachelor's degree required (Business or Professional Selling preferred)
Proven success in a competitive, fast‑paced B2B sales environment
Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and performance metrics
Experience may include full‑time B2B sales, B2B internships, or collegiate sales competitions
Strategic selling and closing experience
Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers
Ability to manage multiple touchpoints across various channels
Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics
Ability to analyze client needs and deliver consultative business solutions
Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High self‑motivation and results orientation
Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
