Responsibilities
  • Drive net‑new business and exceed sales quotas

  • Prospect and develop relationships with companies with 50+ employees within your assigned territory

  • Engage directly with decision‑makers and C‑level executives

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline by advancing in‑person meetings with qualified prospects

  • Close new accounts and collect all necessary implementation documentation

  • Support new clients through the go‑live process

  • Maintain expert knowledge of the company's HR software platform through ongoing training

  • Travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel

  • Contribute to additional projects as needed

Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business or Professional Selling preferred)

Experience
  • Proven success in a competitive, fast‑paced B2B sales environment

  • Demonstrated ability to exceed goals and performance metrics

  • Experience may include full‑time B2B sales, B2B internships, or collegiate sales competitions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strategic selling and closing experience

  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles with multiple decision‑makers

  • Ability to manage multiple touchpoints across various channels
