This is a full-time outside sales position where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. You are not responsible for generating your own leads; our team handles marketing and qualification, allowing you to focus on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales. From order processing to post-sale support, our team is here to help you succeed.

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and understand their remodeling needs
• Design customized bath solutions using our software
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and achieve performance goals
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident presentation and public speaking abilities
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus
