TYPE Full-time
The RoleThe Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Leader is the external face and lead evangelist for our proprietary supply chain SaaS product — and owns every buyer conversation from first touch to a true sales-qualified opportunity.
This is a highly external, market-facing seat. You take a differentiated, early-stage product and turn its capabilities into targeted executive messaging, account-specific outreach, and qualified customer conversations that move real pipeline.
You own the full motion up to the point a genuine opportunity is created. Once an opportunity is sales-qualified, you hand the relationship to our Chief Product Officer and Chief Executive Officer to close — so your job is to generate, qualify, and set up winnable deals, not to run them to signature.
You bring the instincts of someone who has helped launch or grow a startup: comfortable operating hands‑on and out front, where the product, positioning, and playbook are still taking shape. You pair sharp commercial thinking with excellent executive writing and a natural presence in the market, and you measure yourself by the quality of the pipeline and conversations you generate, not the volume of assets you produce.
If you have built a founder‑led or account‑based motion before, and you would rather be the one starting conversations in the market than waiting for leads to arrive, this is that role.

- Research priority retailers, brands, and distributors to identify likely fulfillment, inventory, capacity, and operational decision challenges.
- Develop account‑specific outreach, executive messaging, call hooks, and meeting‑opening hypotheses.
- Create concise sales collateral such as account briefs, use‑case summaries, diagnostic assessments, and executive one‑pagers.
- Define discovery questions and qualification frameworks and lead early customer conversations to qualify genuine opportunities.
- Generate qualified meetings, pilots, design partnerships, and diagnostic engagements — owning the full motion up to a sales‑qualified opportunity.
- Hand off cleanly to the CPO and CEO to close, with the context, message, and momentum needed to win.
- Test messaging, buyer personas, use cases, and outreach approaches, and build a repeatable pipeline playbook.
- Translate customer and market feedback into improvements to the product’s positioning, ideal customer profile, offerings, and product priorities.
