Salary Range: $25.00 To $28.00 Hourly

We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive; "can do" and team player attitude; and with an attention to detail.

General responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling service requests
• Apartment grounds
• Apartment punch
• Make readies
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• General plumbing
• General electrical

Excellent communication skills are needed with ability to remain professional under pressure. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Shared on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required.

Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. 3 years of previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC certification and CPO Certification required.
