Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support our single-family rental portfolio. In this role, you will perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on homes and related systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You’ll complete work orders, conduct inspections, and ensure homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready. Work includes emergency and scheduled maintenance, vendor coordination, and detailed documentation.
You’ll interact with residents and team members, upholding our performance-driven, service-oriented culture and contributing to a high-quality living experience in our communities.
