Job DescriptionAt Ensora Health, we’re building AI‑enabled products that meaningfully reduce administrative burden for mental and behavioral health providers. As a Full Stack / UI Engineer on our AI Team, you’ll play a key role in turning advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, reliable customer experiences. You’ll work across the stack—partnering closely with AI engineers to build reusable, scalable interfaces that bring AI agents to life across multiple products.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Build end‑to‑end AI features, spanning backend services and modern, user‑friendly frontend experiences
- Develop reusable UI components that expose AI agents and allow them to be easily integrated into multiple products
- Partner closely with AI engineers to translate agent workflows into real‑world customer experiences
- Contribute to a scalable AI platform where features can be built once and reused across diverse use cases
- Ensure performance, usability, and reliability as AI adoption and product complexity continue to grow
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Experience building full‑stack applications using Type Script and React on the frontend
- Backend development experience with Python and FastAPI
- Hands‑on experience designing and consuming REST APIs and async workflows
- Familiarity with AI/UI frameworks such as AGUI, A2UI, or PydanticAI
- Strong understanding of performance, reliability, and scalable system design
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms
- Prior experience working on AI‑driven or agent‑based products
- Experience building reusable component libraries or platform‑level features
- Exposure to regulated or healthcare‑adjacent software environments
