Utility​/Fire Bell 429 Mechanic and Fuel Service Vehicle Driver

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug/Alcohol screening.
• Must have a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License for at least 2 years.
• Must have actively worked as a certified A&P mechanic for at least 18 months out of the last 24 months.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience on the Bell 429 or completed the factory airframe and engine schools.
• Must have 3 months of field experience (with little or no supervision) working on the Bell 429.
• Must have or be able to obtain a USFS Mechanic Qualification card by meeting the above qualifications.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class C CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsement.
• Must have or be able to obtain a US Passport.
• Preferred Inspection Authorization but not required.
• Schedule to be 12 Days on and 12 Days off.
• Aircraft home based in Ocala, FL.

In 2023, we moved HX headquarters into our beautiful new 30,000 sq/ft hanger as part of our own aviation ranch on company owned acreage in northwest Georgia. Along with our new HQ, we have facilities in both Lubbock, TX and Medford, OR.
