Job Description

The Package Delivery Driver plays a critical role as an individual contributor within the delivery team, reporting directly to the logistics manager. This position involves handling a variety of routes, including regional, long-distance, and local deliveries. Utilizing mobile app technology for package tracking and delivery confirmation, the driver ensures timely and accurate service while maintaining safety and professionalism during standard daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Load packages efficiently and securely for transport
• Plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel
• Deliver packages promptly and safely to customers
• Inspect vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
• Use navigation tools and mobile apps for tracking and confirmation
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records
• Identify and resolve delivery and route issues proactively

Required Qualifications
