Orthodontic Assistant (EFDA)

Location:

Multi‑site rotation across Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, OR, and Camas, WA. Job Type: Full‑Time (4 to 5 days a week). Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• 1 to 2 years of clinical orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
• Active Oregon EFDA and RHS certifications required.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience with digital charting and dental practice management software (Cloud9 preferred).
• Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and a passion for patient comfort.
• Ability to travel between the four locations and have reliable personal transportation.
• Must pass a routine pre‑employment drug screening and comply with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

• Assist the orthodontist during routine wire adjustments, bonding, appliance deliveries, and debonding appointments.
• Take accurate orthodontic diagnostic records, including high‑resolution intraoral photographs, X‑rays, and impressions.
• Welcome patients and families, provide oral hygiene instructions, and celebrate treatment milestones.
• Support operations across the Gresham, Sandy, Tualatin, and Camas clinics by traveling as needed.
