Camp Fire Columbia in Oregon is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee Camp Namanu kitchen for summer camp, weekend programs, catered rentals, and Outdoor School. You will supervise seasonal kitchen staff, plan menus, order within budget, manage inventory, and ensure food safety.
You’ll train staff, coordinate with leadership on dietary needs, and uphold health standards across dining spaces. Certification in Oregon Food Handling, Serv Safe, and First Aid/CPR is required or pursued.
