Manage daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries;
Quickly and accurately take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and route delivery staff to ensure timely delivery;
Assist on front counter and retail counter as needed; perform backroom duties (auto-load, returns, stock) as needed;
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store; ensure core and warranty returns are picked up and credited timely;
Assist with customer labor claims and ensure processing is quick and efficient
