Position: Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Sandy, Oregon

Utilize your expertise to help students with speech/communication challenges, autism, intellectual disabilities, and specific learning disabilities. Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

  • Active Oregon SLP licensure required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience working with pediatrics in educational or healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of best practices in teletherapy, case management, and documentation
  • Familiarity with providing services for students with autism, intellectual, and specific learning disabilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve middle school students with a caseload of approximately 20 children, case managing around 10
  • Plan and deliver speech-language therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with staff and families to support students communication needs
  • Travel between school sites as assigned (itinerant position)
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and federal compliance
  • Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
