Overview

Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the business.

• We are looking for an AR/AP Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join the team. This candidate will be responsible for handling all AR/AP related matters as well as any other tasks that may surface.
• Thrive is a growing organization within the Landscape industry. We are looking for a motivated individual to handle the growing number of AR/AP invoices that we are receiving. We promote a strong team culture as well as prioritizing the work life balance.
• The key responsibilities of this position are as follows
• Generate and deliver accurate customer invoices on a monthly basis
• Record and reconcile payments
• Secure timely payments by monitoring overdue accounts
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure its accuracy
• Assist Human resources team on any payroll related needs or questions
• Apply for client payments through a variety of different methods (ACH, Check, Credit Cards)
• Answer incoming phone calls from current or potential customers

• A successful candidate would have the following
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of Accounts receivable experience
• Proficient in MS (Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge and experience working with different Accounting systems
• Being on time every day, thorough, and very detail oriented
