Intermountain Home Services (IHS) is looking for an Accounting Specialist who thrives on accuracy, organization, and problem-solving. If you enjoy working with numbers, taking ownership of your work, and being part of a high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts
Review invoices, expenses, and financial records for accuracy
Maintain vendor records, W-9s, and 1099 reporting
Research and resolve discrepancies
Support audits and financial reporting
Partner with teams across the organization to keep financial operations running smoothly
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Requirements1-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience
Working knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliations
Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multi-entity experience is a plus but not required
